😊: Beds were comfortable. 😢: Poor value Hard to find Muddy path through untidy garden Looks derelict from outside Unfinished and damp inside No door on toilet Radiator loose on wall I would not stay long Not close to centre or cartoon museum 10 minutes drive in heavy traffic, but advertised as close This is not suitable for those of less mobility as stairs are very steep, too bad if you need the loo at night Have had much better for this price.

😊: the location was okay but it was very difficult to find by google maps by using post code which took us to some where completely different we lost nearly two hours trying to find the property and we tried to contact the host he did not answer the phone so he was no help. 😢: property was difficult find and the host didn't answer the phone so he was no help, but local people were helpful.
