Lovely property for a couple although there is a sofa bed as well. Good position not far from bus stop - little shuttle buses are free in high season. Take your bikes or hire one on the island. We had a great week here.

We booked this house for 2 weeks in June 2022, and have just returned from a lovely stay. The house location is brilliant, at the end of a quiet street, and around 3 mins by bike in to La Flotte, and under 10 mins by bike in to St Martin. So 5 stars for location! The parking space available was unfortunately too small for my car, so we parked right in front of the green gates, which was not a problem at all for us or the neighbour. The house itself is fully equipped, with everything you could need. A great kitchen, complete with dishwasher and washing machine, which was used a lot! Upstairs is the large bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, and large bathroom, with brilliant shower. The outside space is where we spent most of our time, with table and chairs, 2 loungers, parasol, and BBQ, which was used most nights. There is also a bike rack for 2 bikes, enabling you to chain your bikes up safely. The property is managed by a concierge company, who do email you an awful lot before you go, (they asked me for arrival and departure times, 5 times - which got a little frustrating!) and they do require to inspect the property before departure. On departure we had to drive to Le Bois to drop off the keys which was a little inconvenient, but we were leaving at 7am, which was too early for them to collect. We enjoyed the property and we would stay again.

Petite maison très bien équipée et située dans un endroit calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et du port. Idéal pour se reposer.

Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. L'annonce est conforme. C'etait encore mieux que ce nous espérions. La maison est située au fond d'un porche, cela la rend très calme. De plus, elle est située à 5 minutes à pied du port de La flotte. La terrasse est également fort appreciable. La piste cyclable est à 30 secondes de la maison. Les hypermarchés sont à 5 minutes en vélo. La Flotte est très bien située car nous n'avons pas touché la voiture pendant cette semaine. Oui également pour stationner ma voiture c'est le top, elle est en face du portail de la maison, donc rien à craindre. Nous en garderons un tres beau souvenir.
