Lovely stay discovering Ile De Re and this great property. Good position, fab pool and brilliant access to beaches and cycle paths.

Emplacement au top ! la plage juste derrière est juste magnifique. La maison a beaucoup de charme, et très bien équipée. Accueil parfait, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Petite maison qui est cocooning, fonctionnelle. L’espace terrasse extérieure est parfait. Les chambres sont en haut. En cas de grosse chaleur, ce n’est pas agréable. La piscine chauffée est propre et agréable. Résidence entièrement sécurisée qui amène un plus.L’océan est à proximité. Je recommande ce séjour !

conforme à l'annonce , bien placé , tb equipé pratique et convivial. terrasse appreciable au sud , 3 bbq/plancha ( le top) calme , l'etage aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement mais rien de grave , la literie est bonne. tres bon accueil de la conciergerie , très pro.

Très bon séjour, résidence très bien placée, proche du centre ville et de la plage. Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, avec une terrasse clôturée à l'abri du vent. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Vielen Dank für diese Unterkunft und den tollen Service. Das Häuschen hat eine pefekte Lage, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, modern und funktional. Unser erstes Ferienhaus, dass sich mit vielen unterschiedlichen Lichtquellen immer ideal beleuchten ließ. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Müllentsorgung findet direkt in der Anlage statt. Wir haben uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko: wegen des Schonbezuges fühlen und hören sich die Matratzen an wie ein Gummiboot, man schwitzt eher. Die Ile de Re ist ein Urlaubstraum. Tolle Strände, zauberhafte Orte mit schönen Hafenanlagen und großartiges Essen.

Had a great stay here. would recommend. Location is superb, not just for the beach (which is fantastic) but also for restaurants and town. Very comfortable residence for a family, one main bedroom, one room with bunk beds and a mezzanine with sofa bed (we had a travel cot for our 18month old here). Nice courtyard garden - safe for kids and the pool is excellent too. Only minor issue was the lack of wifi - very hit and miss (villa is obviously at the extremity of the service), don't rely on having wifi! We hired bikes from Holland bikes (1 x biporteur and 1 x adult) not the cheapest but as next door to villa easy to pick up /drop off., getting around on bikes is great fun, and nice way to see more. The restaurants we used were good, although late September they were closed on Monday and Wednesdays, the 'Cabin de Bain' is always busy so get there early or book! we failed to get in to eat. The whole of the Island is very picturesque and it is easy to sit and soak up the town centres, Loix was good for there was a square with a childrens play area next to the restuarant (which made for an easy lunch). St Martin is just an amazing town to wander round, very beautiful, excellent cafe/restaurant tucked in the corner of Place de Republic (Un Air de Famille). A top day out and if you cycle you'll go past oyster shacks that look like they are straight from the Carribean! 2 adults, 1 x 3yr old, 1 x 18month toddler - all loved it!!
