😢: My worst experience ever regarding booking.com. 1. I think that 500 Euro deposit is much too much for this old flat. 2. Upon arrival it turned out that the apartment has to be cleaned very carefully before leaving, otherwise a cleaning fee would be deducted. I was stressed that I won't get my money back. (It was unfair because there were old socks, cigateres and other old stuff under the sofa before we got there). 2. The flusher didn't work properly but the owner wrote me, that he is not a plumber and he won't help us untill the next day. He wrote me that it was working before. It was another reason to be stressed, that ho won't give me my money back. 3. There was much food in the fridge but only specific things could be used for breakfast. The rest was on addictional fee. We could take 1 small juice per person, milk, butters and jams but we coldn't throw away the glasses of the jam. No bread was included. I was so angry and stressed that we took only juice. 4. The balcony is at ground level and anyone can enter the apartment through the balcony. If I could cancel the reservation after contacting the owner, I would cancel it and prefer to sleep in the car. I was stressed before we got there (when my bank blocked my money for deposit and when I read the rules of stay) and I was stressed the whole day after leaving the flat because I wasn't sure if I will get my money back. Horrible..

😊: Access to the apartment was well described, You can park just in front behind the secured gate. Pictures show exactly how does it look like, a plus for terrace where You can have a breakfast (although rather with a view on the parking).. 😢: The apartment is very compact and there are A LOT of devices inside - which makes a very packed impression. Moreover, You have to pay a collateral of 6x the price of the apartment cost with remark that any damage be on Your expense. It created a strange impression. Moreover, we travelled with 2 small children - so there were just enough - not more - space for our 4 inside..
