😊: The location was fantastic, literally right beside the stade! The apartment is well equipped and plenty spacious for 3 or 4 people.. 😢: The main issue was the heat in the apartment. If you open the windows downstairs there is another window pane behind that that cannot be opened so no fresh air can get it and it was roasting. It was a little run down in areas(paint chipping off the windowsill etc) and it wasnt the cleanest air bnb I've been in. Another thing they should stipulate is that the stairs are crazy steep and narrow...like a stairs on a ship! However, these aside I would stay there again but maybe in the cooler months!.

😊: Able to park outside appartement. Very clean.. 😢: Not suitable for elderly or young children due to wooden open staircase to one bedroom and steep stairs to lower bedroom. Nasty sewer smell outside appartment. No shops or coffee shop open at the weekend..

😊: not included. 😢: the noise. think there was an electrical fault. the fan in the bathroom did not switch off. light over the bathroom mirror faulty - same pswitch as the fan - no door on the bathroom so noise all night long. the downstairs toilet horrendously noisy - this was only told to us the day before we flew out to bordeaux - owner said we could switch off the tape - where????? there was a small tap on the water pipe into the cistern - if we switched that off and flushed the loo in the night???? upstairs showerhead was broken, came out of the sides of the showerhead - small handheld shower attachment, no idea how that worked. did text host, no response back. 15 mins from tram stop great if it was not pouring with rain everyday we were there!.
