Muy buena ubicación.<br>#128578; La ubicación es muy buena. Las indicaciones para la recogida de las llaves fueron un poco confusas, pero ni hubo gran problema. La fianza la devolvieron en en el plazo.establecido<br>#128577; La fianza era muy elevada y no lo vimos hasta que ya habíamos contratado el alojamiento. Debería estar más a la vista. Por otra parte, estaba todo muy limpio, pero una de las papeleras de los baños no la habían vaciado.

Séjour agréable<br>#128578; L'enregistrement a été facile, l'appartement était propre et l'hôte réactif. L'emplacement est top, près du métro. Le lit était très confortable. Le chauffage fonctionnait donc il faisait très chaud.<br>#128577; Tout bon

The location of this apartment is great. The metro is across the street and easy to get anywhere. There is a bakery across the street and a cafe downstairs. Lots of food choices within walking distance. The checkin procedure was a pain. You have to go to this mini mart place (during business hours) with a special code and then they give you the keys, then you have to walk another 2-3 blocks to the actual apartment. You also have to return these keys before you leave. The apartment itself was “fine”. It is really a studio with a curtain separating the bedroom and living space, so if someone wants to nap, it is very noisy and there is no way to close out the sound. The chairs at the table are just fold away chairs, so a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the place needs a deep cleaning. Anywhere you place your hands - light switches, doors where you close and various places on the walls are filthy - like black. Overall, we did not spend a lot of time at the apartment, so it was okay. But, the neighborhood and ease of transportation was more important to us.
