Jardin Privé ds le Centre de Cassis - Parking - Plage à 500m - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: We were a bit concerned first, as people had commented that it was noisy, the parking and bed small and the street too steep. Well people, first of all, this is a lovely apartment, where you find everything you need. Sure, things are used- it’s a rental, but really well kept and the cherry is the garden. There is also plenty of room I would say. Yes, the sleepingroom is small, but really enough and the window can be opened, as there is nobody on the corridor before the apartment at night. Also for the noise: Yes, one evening the upstairs neighbors decided to party a little, but honestly otherwise it was even quiet for a residential apartment complex. The Citycenter is really close. (5-10 min Walk Max) Everyone, which was once already in Cassis, knows that some streets are steep. And here we are talking just about the last 50 vertical meters until the parking lot. Otherwise you arrive at the city center by a pretty flat walk. The parking is accessible with any car, really. Everyone should be able to park there easily. Really convenient to have a closed parking. The access was well explained and Victor was anytime available if we had questions. Great experience for us I would say.. 😢: Some items (like in the kitchen) are not the newest, but working fine and in any case, no one is cooking every day in their holiday..

😊: Dog friendly .. clean well equipped .. good location ... 😢: Parking was tricky with a large car ( Range Rover ). Very steap uphill road to the flat. Which we managed. But with shopping it was def not easy. ( I’m a reasonably fit 63 year old ) .. the initial parking of the car and locating the key & getting into the flat was actually pretty stressfull ( granted I am not the best at parking ) ..
