😊: The location, close to down town, close to a supermarket, department very quiet!.

😢: When we arrive we had an issue with the main door of the apartment (handle of the door broken). Owner left us alone without help in the night. Booking.com staff couldn't reach him too. We had to go away and find a last minute hotel room. No support, not a word or trying to help us. Nothing. This is the most horrible thing about this story; incident might happen in life, but leaving us alone in the night without a message it's a irresponsible behavior and totally absurd. Something a real host would never do. Extra: do not book this place: beside this horrible experience, the apartment itself is placed inside a court at the ground floor of different buildings that are in a very bad maintenance shape (cheap materials and dirtiness around the place)..
