😊: Very convenient for walking into Rouen centre, and for onward driving routes. The area was residential, with an indoor shopping centre and plenty of food outlets and shops on nearby streets. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of light and space. We had a comfortable separate bedroom with the bathroom off, a washing machine and equipped kitchen. Access areas and lift were clean and tidy, and it was quiet..

😊: The flat was very pleasant.. 😢: Lack of shower gel & shampoo, no dishwasher. Host should have asked earlier if I wanted parking, and given written instructions with car park key..

😊: Good communication with the owner prior to stay regarding key pick up etc. Close proximity to a tram station for central Rouen, although it is in walking distance..

😊: Washing machine , vocal good humour of the neighbourhood, space - I liked the decent walk to the old town centre across the Seine. 😢: Nothing.
