😊: The property looks great on pictures, even decent when you initially walk in to the property. Then you look closely and you see the dust EVERYWHERE- like on top of the bins, in the radiators, over the ornaments. The mould around the kitchen sink and in the shower (on the towel holder, on the ceilings etc).. 😢: There was incomplete work done on the electrical outlets so health and safety hazard. The dust around the property was disgusting. The mould in the shower made us feel sick and actually did. The owner left extra bedding and a duvet for us (we stayed when it was high temps) and that was full of dust- despite the owner saying she washed them. The bedding that was on the bed was a thin sheet- which did not feel clean. The pillows were not proper pillows (like small squares). I was bitten a LOT, although not in the control of the owner but if she is aware of this- she should provide traps to ensure the comfort of the guest. Lastly we decided to check out early because of the property being unclean and unsafe. When we voiced all this to owner and she initially accepted that some changes were needed and thanked us for the feedback. We complained to booking.com and then she flipped it and made out we lied - despite providing proof of the state of the property. She has now refused to refund us the last night of our booking and she is ignoring booking.com. We are still waiting for a response from the owner (despite reaching out to her politely since the beginning of June) and booking.com. I have requested booking.com to take her property down until she fixes all the issues - they have advised this is in the process of being done but booking.com have been constantly giving us different stories..

😊: Outdoor space. 😢: Sockets hanging off walls . Dangerous. Linen only 1 sheet for 8 night stay 1 bath towel each requested extra no reply. Cooker unusable.Shower head not clean .Bath mixer tap did not work .no air conditioning in bedroom just a very dirty fan ..

😊: It was as described pool was great on hot days to cool off was close to city centre. 😢: It was not as clean as it could have been for example bbq had not been cleaned after last use so we couldn’t use it plug sockets not secured so some were unusable and dangerous.
