😊: The location was perfect! Everything was just a short walk away, and the city was absolutely beautiful.. 😢: didn’t like that a €500 deposit suddenly appeared the day before my stay. It was mentioned in the description but hidden in the fine print, and the night before arrival they sent me an untrustworthy-looking third-party payment link asking for the deposit via Visa card. They stated that without paying, I wouldn’t receive the keys and would lose my booking payment. To make matters worse, the day after I left, they claimed damages (broken lamp, damaged sink, scratches on the stove, and malfunctioning appliance) and kept the entire deposit. I never used those items, as I was only at the apartment to sleep and shower. This felt like a scam—future guests should be very cautious..

😊: It is conveniently located - very close to the train station, restaurants and Versailles palace.. 😢: The room is actually very small. Good for one person probably. It’s on the third floor and no lift facility is available. It was also very hot. No air-conditioning and the afternoon sun shines right into the room through the window. Probably ok in winter but our stay was in summer and it was really really hot. It seems like the property is managed by a third party. Customer service of the concierge is poor. They don’t speak English and in our experience were very unhelpful in responding or answering any questions we have. Our train was a bit late and we were asked to share our live location which was a bit unusual. They needed 500euro deposit for check-in. Instead of putting it on hold which is how deposits are normally handled, it was actually taken off our account, which means we lose out on the conversion rate and fee. No communication whatsoever was provided regarding reimbursement at checkout, and it took 5 days for us to receive the deposit back..

😊: the location in Versailles is great, i think this is a plus. on top of that the shower also was ok, hot water enough for 2 people to do shower twice a day one after each other. You have a train station at 14 min walking, and cost 2.5 Euro to go to Paris, super convenient. Avoid UBER or BOLT as much as you can as they rob you, they take the order and make you wait until you cancel so they get their part, insane. better use public transportation which is very cheap and good to use.. 😢: IMPORTANT: they ask you for 500 Euro deposit on the day of arrival without notice in advance, also not mentioned when you book. i had to wait for approx.1 hr until i got the key and also paid the deposit, otherwise i couldn`t get in the accommodation. the property has a 3rd party company managing the property, which sucks because they only communicate via WhatsApp and answer VERY late with delays if you don`t pay (here is one example of the message i received: "Please send us your geolocation as soon as you are in the Uber. Please pay the deposit and arrival in advance. You have not paid the deposit yet. We need you to do so in order to be able to enter the accommodation". if you are after a 20 hers flight from South America to Paris like me, charge yourself with patience, i wanted almost to give up on them and loose the booking and go to find a hotel to rest. Had to wait for them to give me the keys but only after i did the 500Euro deposit, insane. they also asked me for a 30 Euro extra pay because i was at the accommodation at 2pm and not at 3pm as it says, so early check in they charge this amount. the lady who gave me the key didn`t speak English and saw me tired and angry because of the 500 Euro deposit and waiting time over 1 hr, so she reimbursed me the 30 Euro, so thanks for that. however sending me the message on booking on the day of the check in saying that i have to deposit 500 Euro, that's insane. imagine if i wouldn`t have internet at all, i would probably arrive there and wait wait wait, and in the end i wouldn't be able to check in and loose my money. so be careful on this point. that 3rd company who manage this accommodation sucks, they get 0 stars from me, and trust me i am not a fussy person, i travel all continents with work and leisure and i experience multiple accommodations but lack of transparency like this 3rd company i haven`t met in my life. very disappointed..

😊: Compact and cozy. Just enough of what is needed for a short stay. The consegiere was welcoming and helpful upon my arrival. Really nice after a long travel.. 😢: They seem to have taken the (hefty) security deposit. Usually it's a pending transaction or "hold". As many travellers use different currencies, this debit and credit costs us in exchange rates of buy and sell. Easy to correct...Just put a "hold" on the security deposit..

😊: Two young adults, brother and sister, stayed for a week in winter. Loved the quiet and safe environment, the location being walking distance to the Château, Monoprix supermarket and train station Versailles Rive Gauche. The apartment had everything they needed to cook meals, except an oven. The kitchen even had all the condiments you might need. Very nice and accessible concierge services.. 😢: We did not know in advance it is a third floor with no lift but that was not a problem for my young people. It was a bit difficult to make the arrangements for the deposit fee of 500€. They say it should be given in cash, then came an information that we would receive further instructions a week ahead and then it was said the instructions would come a day before the arrival. In the end the instructions came only on the arrival date after a bank check had already been handed to them by a resident friend..
