😊: The panoramic views from the balcony. The swimming pool and tennis court area. A well equipped kitchen however there was no kettle which was listed in the specification.. 😢: Only one set of keys to the gated property was very limiting if you wished to go out separately. Transporting luggage from the car to the apartment was some distance and involved mounting thirty six steps. There was no lift which made life more difficult as we are both elderly. On arrival there was no electricity due to a storm some days previous so we had to phone for assistance. The apartment was quite small. The spiral staircase to the two upstairs bedrooms was very narrow and difficult to ascend with any form of baggage. It was totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Fortunately there were only two of us so we could use the bedroom on the lower level. There was one deckchair in the apartment which had to be transported daily to the pool area. We had to purchase another from the supermarket as there were no sunloungers by the pool. The complex was mainly occupied by permanent residents..

😊: Beautiful location with magnificent view and easy walking distance to Sablet. Great outdoor facilities - pool, petanque, tennis.. 😢: Quite a lot of apartments in a concentrated space - we had a very noisy big group of neighbours almost next door, and that took a lot of the tranquility out of our evenings..
