😊: Very convenient stopover location. Handy parking. 😢: Very hot, an additional fan would have helped.

😊: Don't know as nobody allowed us entry. 😢: Arrived at property with nobody there to meet us. We waited around 1 1/2hrs with nobody turning up with keys. Attempted to contact by phone which number was currently hung up on when rang. Attempted to email as well. Booking.com also issued is with a refund as they couldn't contact them either. Especially after a long drive all the way from Scotland.

😊: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Clean towels and warm shower. Well equipped. Friendly host. Clear email instructions.. 😢: Signs to the building off the road were not very obvious especially at night..

😊: It was spacious and very clean. It was also very quiet.. 😢: I should have checked the size of the garage as I could not park my car with its roof box inside..
