😊: Great location, bus and train station just across. Underground parking is really helpful and take a lot of stress to leave the car in the street. Clean and really cozy apartment with lots of comfort, even airfryer is available. The owner is anytime reachable..

😊: The apartment was spotless clean quiet and very comfortable. Secure parking was excellent. The position, directly across the road for the rail link to Monaco, Nice and Menton was super convenient. 8 minutes on the coast train to Monaco,15 minutes to Nice. Leave the car in the secure garage and enjoy the train ride. We loved our stay at this property..
