Joli petit appartement cosi 4 personnes maxi plein centre station les deux alpes

😊: The apartment building location is the only good thing about the place. The apartment itself not so much. Parking is free (street parking) but very limited.. 😢: Last minute had a bad feeling abut this apartment. Had to pick up the key from a real estate agency that couldn't tell me anything about the apartment. Before checking in (aka paying 300 EUR deposit) I asked to have a quick look. The building itself is old and not in a great shape. Elevator not working so had to take the dirty and smelly staircase to a crammed 3rd floor. Apartment itself was barely enough for 2 people and very dirty, looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned since the photos or taken. Floor was dirty and sticky and it's just a linoleum sheet, not wooden floor. There is no linen, towels or toiletries and probably there's no cleaning service between guests. You must count on your luck that previous guests cleaned the apartment and of course nobody will do that to an acceptable standard. One goes there for a holiday, not clean apartments and make beds. Makes perfect sense why there is a no refund policy : it is very bad and it's like a deal with it...money's gone now anyway. We've spent less than 5 minutes in the apartment, decided there's no way we can stay there and left the key at the reception. Tried making up an excuse and see if it was possible to get a refund but wasn't the case. We prefered to just write off that money and go somewhere else. If you're early 20s and on a budget ski trip and don't plan to spend more time there apart from sleeping MAYBE this is good enough for 2 or 3 people, otherwise it's something to avoid..

Beautiful<br>#128578; The apartment is extremely well designed to make most of the available space. It is in a very good state and has a nice athmosphere. A place to love and like. The location close to the old center of Les 2 Alpes is excellent.<br>#128577; two minor problems in the preparation/organization. Due to some misunderstanding ( I could not reply in time to some e-mails well in advance of the stay) the deposit was booked twice from my account. Second the agency mispelled the apartment number in the e-mail, which led to some stress, trying to enter the wrong apartment, and the keys did not fit. The label of the key came to rescue, so we could enjoy our stay ....
