😢: We didn't receive to message how to get the keys in time. After arriving at the destination we called the telephone number provided on Booking to get the keys but nobody attended. Only thanks to a friendly neighbour we managed to get access to the appartment. In the booking process as well as in the booking confirmation it was specified that the appartment has two rooms. But it had only one room and one of the beds wasn't even prepared. The equipment is insufficient. There wasn't even cutlery for everyone. Towels and sheets smelled musty. All in all this was a very disappointing experience..
