😊: Location. 😢: Small and smells mould, owner is a lady who after check in tells you not to use ac more then an hour since she has electricity problem. She cut ac on the middle of the night at when is so hot now in france.

😊: Good value for money, small clean apartment with all the necessities, good location, it's good place, if you don't need too much space or not planning to stay whole day in apartment, kind host.

😊: Very friendly, attentive and caring owner of the apartment. Excellent location, new renovation, cozy courtyard, surrounded by greenery for gatherings, new furniture, excellent bathroom, new dishes and equipment. There is everything you need and even more than necessary. Rating - everything is great.. 😢: liked everything.

😊: The convenience of the location to Monte Carlo for the price. 😢: It was quite within expectations..
