😊: - The location is very good. - Host is very kind and nice. - The place is very clean.. 😢: - I stayed in the end of Jan, it was cold. - no soundproof from outside. - no sun. - the bed makes noise u.u.

😊: Apartment and location both 10/10. Communication was also 10/10..

😊: Brilliant location Cosy , bed comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Good shower. 😢: Nothing to dis-like at all.

😊: The host was very friendly. They met us at a nearby underground parking to provide the keys. The inside of the apartment is cute and the kitchen provided us with everything needed to cook.. 😢: The apartment has 4 large windows that look onto the opposite apartments. There was only one blind on one of the windows. In the photos it shows blinds on all 4 windows but it was clear that these had been broken and removed. As a result there was no privacy at night time if you turned the lights on. The door to the building is quite decrepit. When you open it, there are some stairs (maybe just 15 steps) that lead to the apartment. The stairs are very old and some crumbled under our feet as we walked on them. (There was some equipment left in the corner that suggested that the stairs were maybe in the process of being repaired.) Lastly the area directly outside the apartment felt somewhat seedy at night - but we found this to be the case in all parts of the old town of Grasse. If you turn the corner next to the apartment you will find yourself in a large square that creates a nicer atmosphere..

😊: Lovely, characterful apartment on first floor. Exactly as pictured. Mix of modern comfort and design within an architecturally interesting space. Exceptionally clean. Spacious, very comfy bed, good shower. TV with Netflix and Prime apps. Great location in historic centre few steps from Place Aux Aires, bakeries, restaurants, shops and local Monoprix. Our second stay and we look forward to booking again when we next visit Grasse. Highly recommend.. 😢: Nothing..
