😊: Excellent appartment. with good facilities. Downside a little isolated in converted old terraced house ground floor studio appartment on the edge of town. free Parking found in a public carpark some 300 metres away. Though you are able to park in front for long enough to unload baggage the location near a bend on a relatively narrow road with large rural vehicles such as agricultural tractors passing. Hence it is not recommended that you park overnight in front of this studio appartmen.t. 😢: Cleanliness cooking facilities. Washing Machine but would have been better if it was a combined dryer..

😊: Great value for money. A small but clean and functional apartment for our one night stopover in Chateaubriant. Good communication with host and well appointed. Easy access.. 😢: No soap or instructions for washing machine..
