😊: Location was reasonably close to Aix, although too far to walk in hot weather. 😢: Small, cramped, no seating when bed was down, poor ventilation, small table, external seating area was actually part of the car park and was not suitable for its purpose..

😊: The owner was kind enough to give us one additional Standing Fan owing to excessive heat.

😊: Smooth self check in and free private parking which is very rare this close to the centre.. 😢: Could maybe use a bit more storage for clothes (e.g. a wardrobe or shelves).

😊: Nice location. 😢: Very poor equipment: bed, table, chairs, water tap,..., ...
