Joli studio proche de paris -pantin

😊: The house was cheap for the city and close to the metro and there was a wash machine.. 😢: The host after our vacation asked by text to review the house with a 10 and to write privately the problems. . for me this is unacceptable because in this way we lost the power of the review! The kitchen wasn't full accessoried, the pillows were dirty and the building door doesn't work and there is a bad small in the building stairs (i know isn't a host fault).

😊: Near the metro station, overall looks exactly like the pictures. Great neighbourhood, easy communication with the hosts.. 😢: You can always hear what the neighbours are doing, mostly when they are listening to music. For two guests there was only one duvet. The second day we noticed a foul smell coming from the shower that only got worse. The shower door was broken, but the owner knew it and said they would repair it. They did, but without out permission to enter while we were away. We received a message that the maintenance is here, can they go in. And what can you do at that moment, right? Also, although it was said that smoking is not allowed in the apartment, entering the first thing you smell is cigarettes....

😊: The apartment is near the metro and you can go everywhere.. 😢: The host was not at all flexible, we asked to check in a little earlier, but she did not accept any derogation. The unit does not have air conditioning, and the fan was broken. I wrote to the owner who only after 5 days responded and replaced it. Although we stayed 10 days the towels were not changed, no one came to clean. On the day of departure at 11:00 the owner knocked on the door to make sure we were leaving. The bathroom is very small. The stairwell has a very strong smell. The building is unkempt..

😊: The studio was perfect for our weekend stay, working tv, clean bathroom and well equiped kitchen. Great location, next to a supermarket, pharmacy and metro station. Pantin is a cosy neighbourhood, we loved all the cafes on the waterside.. 😢: It was a little dusty inside and you can hear the neighbour snoring. 😅.
