😊: Location. Included parking.. 😢: The bedroom is in the basement and clearly has a big damp problem. The smell of mould was extremely strong. We did mention it to the owner and he said he wasn't aware but he'd look into it. Too late for us but if you have breathing problems you'd better check before booking. The whole apartment was quite tired and in need of some attention. Having to wash crockery n cutlery before we used it. The public areas were also very smelly n in need of attention.
