😊: Very difficult to find. 😢: We arrived late at night. We had to make the bed up ourselves and there was no bottom sheet to fit the bed. Bed linen was cheap and nasty. No running cold water downstairs so had to fill the kettle from the 'bathroom' sink upstairs. The bathroom and bedroom are all one room so no privacy at all. Too many rules and regulations. had to strip the bed before leaving. the so called garden is minute with very uncomfortable garden furniture. The house feels very unwelcoming and stark..
