Jolie Villa avec vue exceptionnelle entre Béziers et Agde ( Hérault)

The house was as pictured and described. It is very well located on a low hill in a very flat area with great views to the distant sea, The owner was very helpful about accessing the property and quick to respond when there was an slight issue - even though it was outside his control and he was overseas at the time! The house is very well fitted out and the pool is very clean. The local villages are charming with many good restaurants. We found the linens and towels provided to be perfectly fine. Overall a relaxing and interesting location to spend a week on holiday and the house is good value for money.

We expected 3 proper bathrooms. Looking back the description is carefully worded and correct, but the property actually only has 2 bathrooms (no toilet) and 2 toilets. For this reason we would not book again. Also the 220 Euros requested for linen (some well past their best) and cleaning were not included and were excessive in our view.

nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer en journée, beaucoup d'activités possible aux alentours le soir, retour à la maison : piscine ou simplement ne rien faire, savourer la vue qui semble illimitée ...

Villa idéale pour des vacances en famille le cadre est splendide !!Les enfants ont adoré la piscine !! Rien ne manque pour passer des vacances sereines ! Le propriétaire est très sympa et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires.

We had a lovely week staying in this beautiful house with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and down towards the sea. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable with a lovely garden. Alexandre was very welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of useful pointers on what to see and do locally. We enjoyed visiting beaches along the coast, the stunning scenery at Cirque de Mourèze and Lac du Salagou and trips further afield to Carcassonne and Peyrepertuse. On the last evening we were able to watch a superb firework display over the Canal du Midi from the garden! Thank you for a great week!

Nous avons séjournés chez Alexandre au mois de juillet dernier pour notre plus grand plaisir. La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'aménagements intérieurs, ustensiles de cuisine, produits ménagers... Le jardin et la piscine surplombent une vue splendide sur la mer, les vignes, le canal du Midi... C'est d'un très grand calme. La piscine est très agréable et sécurisée. Alexandre est très disponible et soucieux que ses hôtes passent un agréable séjour. Il est d'ailleurs de très bons conseils concernant les choses à voir aux alentours, les bons restaurants ou bien les activités proposées. Nous reviendrons très certainement chez Alexandre chez qui nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous.

A wonderful house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Situated in a little cozy town with restaurants, cafees, supermarkets, a butcher, 3 bakers, wine shops etc. House is situated 10 min walk from town center. House is very well suited for small children with a closed garden, lawn, a swing and a playhouse. The owner is english speaking, very helpfull, warm and hospitable. The only thing preventing the house from getting "Trés bien" rating is the size of the pool (compared to the price of the house) - but the owner said he was plannng an upgrade :) We had a wonderful holiday in this house.
