😊: A spacious two-floor apartment. Easy check-in with a lock-box.. 😢: The place was quite dirty, a deep clean is definitely needed. The renovations seems to be ongoing in some areas, it’s not yet fully refurbished. The parking garage is very small and cramped with some things, we couldn’t fit in and had to park in the street..

😊: Nothing. 😢: We traveled with dog and baby and booked the apartment from the highway. After a confirmation email about the desired arrival time, we unfortunately stood in front of a locked door for an hour. The landlord could not be reached by phone or email. We were therefore unable to make the desired booking and had to look for another accommodation for the night. After several hours we received a call from the landlord - he was unfriendly and called us "crazy". According to him, he sent us an email with the combination lock but we never received it. We tried to get a refund via booking.com as we were unable to use any of the services. To date, we have not received any money from the landlord - we cannot recommend this landlord under any circumstances.

😢: I was treated in an abusive ("Are you stupid?", "can't you read"?) and racist ("Are you Irish"?) manner by the owner, on the phone, upon my arrival. There was nobody present at the property, so I phoned him. From the outset, he shouted throughout our conversation and hung up on me before I understood the door code from him. I phoned him back with trepidation, as I needed the code for entry. I pleaded/begged him to be patient with me and told him I had neither reading glasses nor a light with me to see the keypad. ("Not my problem x 2") I'm 64, male, and am a seasoned traveller. I would be very concerned about how such behaviour might impact on more vulnerable visitors. I was sufficiently frightened to chain-lock the entrance door and lock my bedroom door. Constantly aggressive, totally disrespectful and completely unacceptable..

😊: There was private parking.. 😢: No warm water! also the owner did not reply for that!.
