😊: The location was what I wanted but everything else was disappointing. 😢: The apartment was on top floor with a broken lift . I am 73 years old and I had to climb up over 107 stairs each time I walked in or out and the people in charge didn’t care.

😊: Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t be better — just a 1-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, pharmacies, and even a big supermarket practically next door. Juan-les-Pins train station is only a short 3-minute walk, making it super easy to explore the area. The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. It’s on the 6th floor with an elevator and has a large terrace featuring a remote-controlled sunroof — a fantastic spot to relax any time of day. Inside, everything feels spacious, comfortable, and full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a large fridge, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. The smart TV was a big plus (especially with kids!), and the blinds in both the living room and bedroom ensured peaceful sleep. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with everything clearly explained through detailed videos. You can tell the hosts truly care about this place — every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, the location and overall experience deserve a solid 10/10. Highly recommended!.
