😊: The apartment was very nice, cozy, and spacious. It was very clean and esthetic, the showers were great, the kitchen was well equipped and in general it was very comfortable to stay there for 4 nights. It was very quiet and felt safe! The temperature is very pleasant, so we didn't feel cold... there is a towels heater - it's great! :) The location is wonderful – lots of coffee places and restaurants, a supermarket just under the building. Many great stores on the street itself and it was very convenient to reach nearby places that we wanted to visit. Thomas who met us to deliver the keys was very nice and helped us with the luggage. If I'll come again to Paris – I will gladly go back to the Jungle Juice apartment.. 😢: (1) When we booked the apartment, we missed the information that if you arrive after certain hours at night – you must pay extra 50 Euros. (2) The deposit is very high (1500 Euro). (3) There is a tiny elevator that didn't work for 2 or 3 days (out of our 4 days). Luckly when we arrived late at night, Thomas helped us to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor (or it would have been tough to do it by ourselves). (4) There is no hand soap at the apartment. It looks like a small gesture that the owner can afford to add for the comfort of the quests. (5) Before leaving, I checked under the beds to make sure we didn't drop anything, and there was a lot of dust and some clothes that were forgotten by a former guest… ☹ (6) As for the taxi ride that we got for free from Booking – the driver who came to pick us up had no room for our luggage, it was very frustrating and upsetting (we landed late in the evening with a small baby). We had to find and pay for another taxi. Make sure to write in the comments how much luggage you have!.

the flat was well located but did lack some normal items that you would expect for such an expensive 3 bedroom apartment. Like tea, Coffee, Milk ,sugar ,oil etc. One bedroom with ensuite was fine, Second bedroom OK and third bedroom was too small for the king size bed and very little space between end of bed and wall which made getting out of bed during the night a challenge, On reflection the price we paid was too high in comparison to others we are aware of on other websites likeBooking.com and Expedia. The photos graphs were cleverly done and did not show fully the limitations re room sizes.

The apartment was excellent very clean with great amenities. Service outstanding from initial booking through departure. Giovanna welcomed us and provided a informative overview of property and operation of appliances. We will definitely work with host on next visit to Paris.

Jungle Juice, 3BR/2BA, 6 people We had the Jungle Juice location on May 16 to May 21. We were to be met by Gregory (property manager?) upon arrival, but he was not there and said he had tried to contact us via phone (we also tried to contact him), BUT, there had been an accident on the road so we were late. Some kind neighbors were actually bringing out chairs for us to rest on while we waited for Gregory. He was not welcoming at all - instead he told us how busy he was and he was in a hurry. The VRBO ad showed air conditioning as an amenity only to be told there was none....as he pointed to the windows. (I see that the A/C amenity has now been removed!) In addition, we had told they had fans available (BEFORE we arrived) and finally got them to use for two nights before we left. The bathroom to be used by two of the bedrooms was at the far end of the hall and ever so tiny. Gregory said he would meet us on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. before we left. We left at 9:30 and he never showed. The apartment, though nicely decorated, would not be one we would recommend. Other than the lack of a/c noted in the ad and the tiny, far-removed bathroom, the apartment was okay. It was the owner & project manager we had fault with. Vincent was hard to reach and slow to respond! Our deposit made on time, they say never went through at their end. We requested to pre-pay the final amount due before we left for Europe and were not able to do that (???) When we had to then make the final (WHOLE) payment via phone while sitting at the apartment - with no paperwork at our end to verify amount. Found out now that he overcharged us! Then it took 3 charge cards by various people in our party to get the security deposit to go through. Those same credit cards which had been denied were used hours later for dinner! NOTHING was provided and after renting a place in Florence for 9 days, we were surprised! Other places we have rented offered a few minor things ( s/p, paper towels, soap, etc). We feel this place was misrepresented in the description (no a/c), had no fans for duration as promised. Gregory (property manager?) was anything but welcoming and though Guillante was notified of many issues, our complaints were not acknowledged. We would recommend finding someplace else where you actually feel welcomed! Reviewer location - Charlotte, NC Date of arrival - May 16, 2022 Reservation ID #13803052

I stayed here with my husband and our two children. The apartment was as described, a nice size 3 bedroom. There is a nice, semi private courtyard between two long 5 floor buildings with some businesses on the first floor. The businesses are very active early in the morning. If you like to sleep in late, you will be disappointed because the loud noises including construction, will wake you up before 8 am. It was very hot in Paris during our stay in mid July so we had to keep the windows open. That said, an apartment of this size in Paris is hard to find for a week long trip. It’s conveniently located to a metro station which will take you anywhere in the City. It’s a short walk to an opera where they also have ballet performances and Bastille. There are many shops, restaurants and grocery store next door. Overall, we had a great visit. There is a paid parking lot a few blocks away which has a weekly rate of 120 euros. Other parking places charge 40 for the day.
