😊: Air-conditioning needed and also Extra bedsheets. 😢: TV system doesn't have good place and location to projects on the wall..

😊: Free parking Close distance to RER. 😢: Mattresses are horrible, very uncomfortable Shower towels are tiny, more for hands than body No kitchen cloths, but used and broken pieces of old towels The freezer was completely full of ice, we couldn’t use or make it close Glasses were broken (2 of them to be exact) No decoration at all, 4 pieces of A3 paper on the wall, clearly zero effort from owner No instructions for heating system There was a projector instead of TV, but there were no instructions of use, so we couldn’t figure out how to sync it with our devices.

😊: Location is close to Disney but 1 hour from Paris. So if you're going to Disney then it's fine. This was obvious even before. Also liked the closed parking.. 😢: Building is rather sketchy, neighbourhood was fine. Apartment though had a distinguished scent that was unpleasant and the fact that the shower drain was not working was really poor. Beds were not comfortable at all and on the cheap side..

😊: Modern, clean and safe apartment. 😢: Key collection can be improved with pictures. It will help in identify building and exact door.
