😊: Like. The place and the parking. Inside lock. 😢: One day we had in a room the ventilator the second day our kids there was only one will be nice to have 2 ventilator. The rest was ok.

😊: The property was spacious and had good potential; however, the cleanliness was disappointing. Thank you for leaving sweets for us, which was a thoughtful gesture, but we would have preferred the property to be properly cleaned and maintained to the expected standard rather than focusing on small touches that do not make up for the lack of cleanliness.. 😢: We were disappointed with the cleanliness and facilities of the accommodation. There is no air conditioning and only one fan provided, which is not sufficient, especially with a baby. The living room carpet was visibly filthy and had not been properly cleaned. When we opened the sofa bed, we found biscuit packets, empty packaging and other rubbish left behind, clearly from previous guests. The plastic plants in the bathroom were very dusty, and we also found hair on the floor and other rubbish around the property. We have a baby who has recently started crawling, and she naturally picks up anything she finds and tries to put it in her mouth. Because of this, cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important for us, and unfortunately the cleaning standards were not what we expected..

😊: Everything was like advertised and that’s a + for me. 😢: Maybe lacking mirrors, hot water wasn’t working until day 2 but I asked them and they showed me how to fix it..

😊: Not too bad a location to visit Disneyland which is about 40 mins drive away. Flat was clean and the double doors into the flat from the secure car park were ideal. Easy access with key and fob. Shower was good.. 😢: Sofa bed very uncomfortable (mattress sagged in middle), and meant it was very difficult to use toilet for anyone using double bedroom (sofabed blocks it off essentially). Pillows very lumpy and old. The only window openings are double doors (ground floor) so couldn't be left open at night for any fresh air. Hob did not work at all and was not fixed during the two night stay despite flagging it not working on the first evening. This was quite difficult on the first night as we'd arrived in the early evening with a young family having picked up food to cook in a pan, so we had to make alternative arrangements. The host wasn't able to visit or sort this out during our two night stay and no apology was offered which was a bit disappointing..
