😊: Great location, near the abbaye Owner very kind and helpful Good and cheap breakfast. 😢: Could do with a lick on paint and new sofas.

Not what it seems, if you look the picture it looks pretty nice. Unfortunately on the right side you got he local tourist-bureau, on the left side the organize mountain-bike and boat-tours. So if you like a lot of people in front of your house and windows. Communication whit the owner was very difficult, late reactions. Especially when we came in and the wifi is not working/present,no TV, no radio. It is sad that the house is not keeping maintained. If you see in the touristoffice (same building) it looks well, no fungus on the walls (in the house white fungus in the room, black fungus in the wall cabinet upstairs). You smell the moist in the house, and the next days in your clothing if you keep it downstairs. No nice atmosphere at all to stay as a family. Maybe if your with a group for hiking and use it to have your dinner and sleep. The surrounding,canal and the Abbaye is phenomenal to bike,walk, explore....next time we stay somewhere else,petty their seems no investment made to make the home nicely.

Humidité ambiante compréhensive par rapport à la proximité du canal mais vu l'état des murs, un bon coup de nettoyage serait plus que bienvenu. Gîte pas equipé pour un séjour en famille. Le rapport qualité/prix du séjour n'est pas au niveau. C'est très dommage, car le site est super mais la maison n'est pas entretenue.
