Super Familienwohnung<br>#128578; Helle Räume, große Essküche, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne , WC extra, hervorragende Ausstattung, mitten im Ort gelegen. Genug Stauraum, viele Handtücher und Bettdecken. Alles wohl durchdacht.<br>#128577; Wir haben den Parkplatz nur mit Mühe gefunden. Der wäre für ein größeres auto nicht so geeignet. Gerne hätten wir 2 Schlüsselpaare gehabt, so konnten wir nur gemeinsam los. Vor dem einen Schlafzimmer morgens viel Geschwätz (Fahrradverleih), beim anderen hörte man stundenlang den Winzer mit Traktor (?) im Weinberg und den Parkplatz. Nicht gefiel uns das unverständlich Abschiedsanschreiben.

Place de parking pas besoin de passer des heures à chercher une place et idéalement située. C'était parfait !<br>#128577; les cuvette des toilettes hahah un miroir dans les WC (?) tout le reste était un top rien à dire de négatif

Superbe logement idéalement situé<br>#128578; Logement idéalement situé au centre e Kayserberg, avec une superbe vue sur les vignes et les ruines du château. Facile d'accès et proche des autres villes pour visiter l'Alsace Wifi, TV grande salle de bain, cuisine bien équipée

The location of this flat could not be better. Improvements are in order, however, when it comes to the way the place is maintained. It was not cleaned properly (especially the corners of the floors) and has an overall feeling of neglect. We were also only given one set of keys which was a particular problem because the building must be locked at all times. Unless everyone leaves at the same time it is a real inconvenience, as the flat is on the second floor (there is a dental clinic at the ground level). We were also not told in advance that there would be a festival in Kaysersberg on the weekend we were there and we would have to vacate the parking space that we paid for as part of the rental fee. There is also only one bathroom and a separate toilet (the usual setup in France), not two bathrooms as indicated on the website. As the rental agency is located in Colmar we felt quite abandoned during our stay, especially when it came to having to find a substitute parking space in a very, very crowded little village.
