KAYSERSBERG city center - House "AUX 7 FORGERONS" - - Four-Bedroom House

😊: Location is amazing. House large enough for 8 people.. 😢: Petrol smell (from heating system) very present. Some things not working (light in the room, sink leaking in one of the bathroom). Could be better maintained and cleaner..

Alojamiento bien situado y una casa antigua muy bonita. La decoración interior es mejorable.La vivienda estaba limpia aunque los exteriores y ventanas se podrían limpiar mejor de telas de arañas. Es cierto que es una casa cerca del campo pero se podria mejorar.El equipamiento estaba perfectoy el entorno ideal. Te despiertas con el ruido del riachuelo.

The property is in an amazing location. It is in an old timbered building. Beds were comfortable, was simply but tastefully decorated. The game room was nice and the things to do book helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in was fine - whomever we met was very nice. I would say the communication prior to check-in was just ok - I believe it was through a third party booking agent - I had questions that did not get answered but everything overall worked out. Also, we had a miscommunication about the parking which has resulted in us getting a parking ticket - the instructions in English were not well written and perhaps some misunderstanding due to language barriers. A visit to the tourist office helped to clear up the rules for us. Parking in these towns can always be a challenge so it did not ruin our stay or the impression of the house, so I would highly recommend!

😊: Nothing. Actually it would have been a plesant stay, if the house would have been clean and they would have switched on the heating when we requested it. We were there at the end of September, outside temperature was below 10 °C, but they did not switch on the heating just after 1 day and a lot of message.. 😢: The house could be considered clean; the floor and the bathroom were more or less clean, but nothing else. The bigger problem was the staff. The heating was not on when we arrived, so we asked them to turn it on—it was the end of September, and the outside temperature was below 10°C. They did not respond at first, but after many messages, they came the next day and turned on the heating. We were there with three very small children (<1 year, 2 years, 3 years), and the indoor temperature of 17-18°C was not ideal for them. We did not receive a proper apology, and as we requested refound, because we consider 220 Euros per night for an unheated house too much, they simply ignored our request. I do not recommend to book with this company, they are clearly not focusing on customer satisfaction nor on high quality service....

Excepcional<br>#128578; La ubicación es extraordinaria. En el centro histórico. Además cerca de todos los pueblos de Alsacia. Es una casa típica alsaciana con mucho encanto. Amplitud, limpieza y con todo lo necesario para una larga estancia.<br>#128577; No hay trato con el propietario. Es autoservicio.
