😊: The property is lovely and ideally located to discover Dinan. It is modern and tastefully furnished. It has everything you need, with little extras, kindly provided by the host.. 😢: There is no private parking space as advertised. This came as a real surprise and the reason for this was not explained. The instructions do state that the parking card has to be returned when leaving so we didn’t understand. There were a few issues with the state of the outside space/ jacuzzi we shared privately with the host. Lack of instructions as all info provided related to a different lodging..

😊: Location good but a little too far out from the town. 😢: Sleeping arrangements were inadequate as upstairs bedroom was accessed by a dangerous ladder with unsafe handrail and no safety barrier at the top,totally unsuitable for older people and children.One of us had to sleep on couch downstairs..
