The photos look very nice but the apartment is Very small, the kitchen has nowhere to store any provisions & it would be difficult to cook in due to lack of space. The bathroom is also very small with the WC being in a small corner, not visible from the photos. The bedroom is downstairs in the basement , the stairs are a bit dangerous & it is very damp downstairs !! There is parking in the street but you take your chance & sometimes it is a long way from the apartment (especially in August). It seems as if the photos have been taken in a bit of a deceptive way. It is very convenient for the beach & centre of Carnac.

Logement aux photos alléchantes. Humidité trop importante pour dormir dans la seule chambre existante (odeur-moisissures). Ménage très approximatif ou trop ancien (araignées, traces sur et dans les meubles, joints de douche encrassés, traces dans cuvette WC, etc.) Installation électrique non conforme (circuit prises commandé par un interrupteur lumière). Détecteur incendie mal positionné. Bouilloire qui fait disjoncter

La situation est excellente (la mer est à 30 mètres), l'arrivée (un dimanche soir) très facile, le studio est très confortable, lumineux, bien équipé et la terrasse très appréciable. La chambre en sous sol n'est pas un problème. Un bémol : la litterie pourrait être plus confortable Et une remarque : il manque un barbecue et un parasol pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse.

La pièce de vie était agréable, malgré une plaque de cuisson défectueuse. Et un ménage imparfaitement exécuté . Par contre la chambre au sous sol sentait tres très fort l’humidité, (cf mon mail ) envoyé avant mon arrivée.le déshumidificateur était rempli d’eau et il m’a été impossible de me défaire de l’odeur d’humidité à tel point que j’ai dormi au rez de chaussée .
