😊: Gerard the host was very nice and very flexible. Feels like home and let us check out at 2 if we wanted. Also offered some croissants with fresh bread and fruits for breakfast. Everything you need to cook if needed is there and guests have full privacy with own entrance.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: We’ve travelled the world and stayed in hundreds of places. Our stay was perfect, we arrived a bit late in the evening after an unexpected stop with our small child, but Gérard met us at the gate and showed us around the house. We were surprised at how much had been thought of, we couldn’t want for anything more, there were drinks and snacks, breakfast items and toiletries - everything you could need. He had even considered what our daughter might like to eat and drink! We didn’t need to use much as we only stayed one night, but it was very much appreciated. The whole place was tastefully decorated and felt like a home. In the morning Gérard was there to see us off, and since we’d not had time the night before, we had a lovely chat as we packed the car. We could’ve talked for hours but we had to get going on our journey.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Very clean, a lovely welcome. So easy to get into Caen and reach the main roads.

😊: Easy communication with the owner Comfortable bed Well equipped kitchen - (Nice touch from the owner of freshly delivered bread) All you need for a short lovely stay.
