😊: Supercomfortable beds. Cosy couch, great location.. 😢: Pickup and drop off keys could be easier.

😊: To pick up the key with a car and luggages was not very easy as we went to a tabac nearby and the parking is not easy in centre of town. The appartement was beautiful, large, very comfortable but no access to heating..

😊: Location, cleanliness.. 😢: Lack of kitchen equipment. ( no microwave, no toaster, oven but no trays etc hence clearly never previously used!)No instructions for equipment that was there. Short notice regarding key collection and return. Method of key collection. Lack of response to phone call. No local information. Confusion regarding time of entry, with email confirmation of possible early entry not sent until after arrival and stating a £10 fee for early entry..

😊: Newly renovated apartment in the middle of the old town next to the cathedral..
