😊: The sea views. 😢: The 90 stairs up to flat..

😊: Good position for people using Newhaven ferry 10 minutes away and lots of free public parking available. We only stayed one night but there seemed to be a lot of cafes ect a few minutes walk away also very easy access to the beach. 😢: Five flights of stairs We are eighty years old so carrying any luggage up or down was a big deal maybe I missed this on the advert for the property we were more concerned about closeness to the port.

😊: Lovely decor, great facilities and stunning view..

😊: Excellent location, close to all the amenities, with a fantastic view. A lovely compact apartment which was very well equipped. Very good communication with the host..
