L'AMAZONIE - Lovely apartment near to the train station and Orly Airport

😢: 4th floor without a lift, no mention of that in the description. My elderly mother couldn't go up and the host had her phone off during check-in. We left the apartment after the firet night and she refused any reimbursement even though she hid the 4th floor from the description. The towels weren't clean. The host left all her dirty sheets in the washing machine. Be careful when you send her your passport photo, she doesn't respect GDPR regulations..

😊: Layout of the flat, deco excellent. 😢: Bathroom awfull, kitchen was very dirty, no clean towels and na toilet paper, bathroom was stinky, smell disgusting in the stair hall because of the other flat, that was closed by police order.

😊: The apartment is large and spacious, nicely decorated. Having a separate toilet from the bathroom is a plus. The location is close to the train and metro stations, and it's easy to find parking on the street. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.. 😢: The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator! Carrying the luggage up to the 4th floor and then down again was a nightmare!!!! I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment; it wasn't very well prepared. There were no cleaning supplies, soap, dishwashing liquid – nothing. Everything had to be purchased for this stay. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. Lack of air conditioning and being on the top floor meant we were roasting all night, and during the day we escaped outside. There wasn't even a fan in the apartment to cool off a bit. The apartment has potential but has been neglected over the past few years. It's a shame..

😊: Just an amazing place, A*……near local shop and bakery. Train station is close. Lovely place to stay!!!! We will be back, next year and the years after. As it’s perfect for us and are trip for coming too! The host was great!! We had a problem with our flight ( that was down to Gatwick) Missed our flight, had to go to a different airport. Which ment we was, late in arriving. The host was so helpful with this and messages were replied to quickly. Can’t fault the host!!! Just a Big Thank you for being so understanding and we are sorry that we arrived late. Good luck with future bookings and hopefully we see you next year, on here to book.. 😢: Slight down side, for one of us was the stairs. Getting old is no fun lol. But it did state that there is stairs..
