Lovely property in quiet rural...<br>#128578; L'ancienne épicerie ['The old grocery'] is very attractive property in the small hamlet of Le Cercueil. It is an old, traditional building, with the original bell from its time as a grocery store still visible, and plenty of rustic charm in its interior furnishings, which however also have all the modern amenities needed for cooking and dining, as well as TV, wifi etc. One great asset for us was the fact that it's all on the ground floor, and had both a bath and a shower, as one ...<br>#128577; A microwave would have been useful but is not essential.

Relaxing and Comfortable<br>#128578; Comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoying the Normandy countryside.<br>#128577; That it rained so many of our days there. We could not spent the whole week there but Paris called.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Such a beautiful place with a totally enclosed garden. Very quaint little cottage that had the original floor from when it was a village shop a hundred years ago. Delightful!
