😊: I can highly recommend this place. Lucy is an exceptional host – welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The accommodation is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from beach equipment to the lovely outdoor relaxation area. The property features a private terrace and garden area with a table, sun loungers, and a parasol, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is located in the hills, close to the sea and the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. We truly appreciated Lucy’s warm hospitality and had a wonderful stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.. 😢: Nothing. Everything was perfect..

😊: When we entered this apartment, we felt instantly at home. What a great start to our holiday! Lucy is an excellent host. She welcomed us on arrival, explained how everything worked and surprised us with a welcome gift of breakfast ingredients and a nice bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. l'Anita was spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy, quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed (e.g. all necessary kitchen equipment, hair drier, very comfortable bed, fantastic hot shower, etc.) and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains, our private parking space (something a lot of apartments don't have!), the peace and quiet, and the fact that we were able to start on a loop walk straight from the house, leading us towards the stunning Esterel Massif as well as through beautiful Théoule-sur-Mer. We could not have chosen a better accomodation for exploring the region and can highly recommend it!. 😢: Having to leave at the end of our holiday..
