😊: Great location. Helpful owner. Parking in street outside. 😢: Stairs quite steep and no handrail on top flight.

😊: The location is good. 😢: The advertised cleaning materials, eg soap for the dishwasher & clothes washer were not provided & when requested we were asked to go & get ourselves! (At least we were reimbursed for these). No apology was offered. The bedrooms are up steep stairs on first & second levels. They are narrow & difficult to navigate , especially with suitcases. The floors creek & quite noisy. One big failing is there is only ONE bathroom & one toilet so although 3 bedrooms, this would be very difficult for more than 2 or 3 people. The towels provided were old. One got the feeling of meanness..
