😊: It's a short distance to the ferry port.. 😢: Very disappointed and annoyed - Hidden 10€ charge for bedding. Towels not included. After I booked and paid in full, the host waited for the cancellation period to end then messaged me to tell me there was an extra 10€ to pay if we wanted bedding. This was not mentioned in the advert and when I booked I was told there was nothing else to pay. I feel the host is playing tricks to get extra money and I'm very disappointed Booking.com allow them to do this..

😊: Very pleasant gite and facilities and good for parking. Excellent access to the Avenue Verte cycle/walking path. Very convenient location.. 😢: Sadly the host did not seem to receive our text from our UK phone when we arrived. We had already advised we would be arriving at 3pm. Luckily guests in the adjacent gite were able to call him on our behalf from thie French mobile to ask him to come and let us in. There is a fair amount of road noise as the gite is between two roads which seems to have quite a lot of heavy traffic on from early morning..
