😊: Spacious apartment. 😢: 4 flights of old wooden stairs to reach the apartment. Nylon sheets. No windows, just sky lights.

😢: The apartment and the building are in a quite poor condition. Air condition is a portable one in one room without proper window fitting. 2nd floor, no lift - that might have been mentioned in the description but I missed it. Epernay in general seems a quite run down town with the exception of the Champagne Avenue..

😊: Close proximity to the train station is appreciated. Spacious apartment.. 😢: The apartment has a washing machine but no clothes rack to dry your laundry.

😊: Very comfortable. A lot of room to spread out. Free parking. Close to the centre of town.
