L'Appart Bleu - Lumineux F3 Mulhouse Gare/Centre

😊: there was nothing that we liked here!!! sehr schlechte Erfahrungen!!!. 😢: First, a guy almost robbed us in front of the apartment. I never had an experience like that before and I really don’t think that this is a safe neighborhood at all...... We went up to the apartment and did not feel safe at all after this incident. Second, the staircase was very loud so we heard everyone entering or leaving the building. Because of this, we had the feeling that there was someone in the apartment. We couldn't put the keys inside the door and that was also not very safe. Third, the apartment was very STINKY!!!! The smell was like something was rotting there and it was mixed with old cigarettes, it was horrible. Fourth, there was super WARM in the apartment. So in the end I kindly requested a refund for our stay, but I didn't receive an answer for weeks, and when I finally received one (after my second message) my request was denied. Very sad about this experience. So think twice if you want to choose this apartment..
