😊: Loved the location, however it does get noisy at night but the soundproof windows work wonders. Beautiful square and so close to everything.. 😢: Hosts didn’t respond well to check in information. The room gets hot and has no fans. An iron would also be handy..

😊: The location is great. It's easy to walk around the city from there. It's quiet at night and the mattress is comfy. There's a washing machine.. 😢: Thin tiny towel and a stained and mouldy shower curtain. You can only run the shower half speed or the bath fills up. The toilet seat lid keeps unhooking. The kitchen tap isn't bolted in. Very high and hard pillows..

😊: Great location, well equiped, nearby all of the things to see and visit. 😢: Door was very hard to open.

😊: The location of the apartment was definitely the highlight — right in the heart of Reims, which made exploring the city very easy. While the apartment does match the photos, we were disappointed by the overall cleanliness and quality, which didn’t quite meet expectations.. 😢: The check-in process wasn’t very smooth, as there was quite a bit of back-and-forth communication to arrange a specific time for the key handover. This made us feel somewhat pressured to arrive at a fixed time. We also experienced issues with the hot water — there was none when we arrived and tried to shower in the evening. Although we contacted the host, the response was delayed and not very helpful. Eventually, we managed to restart the boiler ourselves, and the hot water returned by morning. In addition, the curtain rail fell while my husband was simply closing the curtains at night and hit him on the head. We informed the host right away, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Cleanliness was also lacking — the apartment was dusty in several areas, the towels had visible stains, and the shower curtain was worn out and in need of replacement..

😊: Nice enough apartment which suited our needs for the few days we were in Reims. A short walk from the railway station, shops, bus stops, and sights. Overlooks the Forum square where there seem to be music events during the summer months. Pleasant decor in the apartment. Kitchen was well enough equipped and the washing machine was a bonus - we bought laundry leaves at the local Monoprix to use while we were there. Also, the cooking condiments provided were useful too. No air-con but a fan was provided. Good response to queries from host.. 😢: The shower curtain needs replaced - not nice! Towels, although clean were stained. The kitchen and toilet lights could do with shades - bare bulbs are not a good look. The lock on the door seriously needs replaced before someone either gets locked out or in !.
