😊: Excellent cross beeeze with windows open. Easy to get keys without meeting apartment owner.. 😢: Some smells: - Shower room has a bad smell all the time. - Frequent incense smell in the apartment, perhaps leaking in from a neighbour. - Toilet room’s fan switch is confusing: high=off, low=on, but low is ineffective. Not so comfortable: - No nice place to sit, just a futon in the living room and simple chairs. Futon is uncomfortable for sitting. No real sofa. - The second "bed" is that same futon in the living room. Did not sleep on it. - Very little storage so could not unpack easily. - Poorly equipped kitchen (one beaten up pot with loose handle, no porcelain mugs, no cutting board). Some noise: - It is a noisy location. A bar is nearby and the apartment is just above a busy traffic intersection. Quieter with the windows closed. - Could hear neighbours above walking around occasionally. Keys & wifi: - Printed information in apartment showed an incorrect WIFI password. Email showed correct WIFI password. - Only one set of keys..

😊: Very clean, comfortable, neat little apartment on 3rd floor, so light & airy, with effective double glazing, Comfortable bed, good hot shower, restful decor. Well equipped kitchenette with fridge + freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, supplies of coffee, sugar, bottled water etc. Great location, handy for station, Cathedral, Post Office, lots of lively bars, restaurants, shops etc. Quimper is a delightfully walkable historic city with cobbled streets, half-timbered buildings, parks, riverside walks, museums. NB no lift, so keeps you fit! Friendly, responsive agent (tho' we didn't meet in person)..
