😊: Location. Airy apartment. Quiet area, close to amenities. Good size.. 😢: Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Lack of little things e.g bin bags, washing up liquid, kitchen roll & toiletries. Mainly consumables as plenty of cooking & eating implements..

😊: A very quiet street with strong smell of flowers made this a heavenly retreat. The bed was very large and comfortable.. 😢: The Managing Agent is an embarrassment: Ineffective communication, no care, concern or interest in the client. I'd move to another Agent ASAP!.
