😊: The apartment was very spacious and nicely laid out, with a clever 'partition' between living area and bed area. The dining facilities and cooking facilities were more than adequate. We made use of the washing and ironing facilities during our stay, which were great.. 😢: The patio area was a good size, although a table for use on the patio for drinks or dining would be a nice facility. A full length mirror for dressing would be nice too..

😊: Nothing. It was a nigthmare to find the appartment. The appartment was inside a close neighbourhood and we did not have any instruction to find which was the one we hired as all the houses were similar. When I called the host I had to speak in French and she was not helpful. I asked her to provide me a video with instructions and she did not. If it weren t for the help of the local neighbours we wouldn t have been able to find the appartment. The help us to find the right place for at least 1 hour late evening. We had to call again the host and she gave us a the right entrance code finally. I was travelling with a kid and she was very afraid and all of us very upset. 😢: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I DON T RECOMMED IT. IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND IT DOES NOT WORTH IT..

😊: Very clean and tidy.. 😢: Finding it was difficult in the dark.

😊: Good location, close to city centre. Private parking. Good size apartment, quiet. Good reverse cycle air conditioner, quiet and efficient on heating during cooler evenings. Detailed instructions for access and checking in.. 😢: A bit dusty and a spider web “welcomed” us as we walked through the door; it seemed like the cleaning was done some time before. Bed linen and towels had a bad stale smell, like have been washed long before. While mattress is not too bad, it is much smaller than the oversized bed, partly by design; you can get some painful knocks on your legs as you move around the bed, we both had… While there was plenty of communication from the hosts via booking messages and WhatsApp, the interaction was impersonal, with copy-and-paste messages by the dozen, at times quite overwhelming with the same messages received several times. It was obvious that the direct contact was avoided up to the check out when someone was waiting quite a bit for us to get out. Shower supplies and coffee pods would have been nice to have..
