😊: The property was spotlessly clean. It’s modern with clean, simple decor. The bathroom is very modern, as is the kitchen. The kitchen had a washing machine/dishwasher/fridge and small freezer/toaster/kettle/coffee pod machine. A lovely touch was there was a bottle of wine and two soft drinks left in the fridge.. 😢: There are four flights of stairs. These are spiral. This can be hard work for a lot of people. The door had three locks and when you are hot and have reached the top, it was hard work to work out the keys to unlock. A new modern door may just make guests feel more comfortable. There wasn’t a card giving any telephone number for emergencies. I would have liked a direct telephone number, so that I knew I could contact the company if anything went wrong. Also, a doctor telephone number/police/fire etc. I have communicated this to the owner. These aren’t negatives, just useful things for future guests..

😊: Great location, very clean and stylish apartment. Comfortable beds.. 😢: The apartment is tiny, it looked larger on the pictures but probably would be great for a couple. We were 3 adults..

😊: Excellent location and very fresh/clean comfortable apartment. We were very happy with our stay.. 😢: Not a problem - however the appartment is on the 4th floor so there are a lot of steps with no lift. This was absolutely fine for us but maybe an elderly person would need to be aware of this as they may struggle..

😊: Perfect location in the old town of Antibes, just 10 10-minute walk from the train station. Close to the restaurants, market, harbour and beach..
