😊: the contact detail provided on the confirmation were incorrect a later email had been sent but it took some looking to find it , further complicated by a delay in international roaming on my phone . As a result the collection of keys was somewhat stressful initially. once the correct contact was located it was simple.. 😢: couldn't find any wifi code or instructions on what to do with the rubbish - it is requested that you remove all your rubbish when leaving. also if being charged a good amount for cleaning why do I have to strip beds ?.
